hmm

I'm not sure what to categorize this as either, maybe just electronic.
Good intro.
The song as a whole wasn't that well put together,
but good use of guitar.

Love the kick, very powerfull.
Good FX and stuff.
Only bad thing is that it sound like every other trance song I've heard and the lead is bad =[. Also 10 min is too long lol

Yep, the kick was one of my favorite parts of the song from the very beginning.

Funny you say it sounded like other trance songs, the whole reason I started making trance was to avoid the generic feel of Happy Hardcore and Dance songs. :P I thought I was fine, but I guess I'll have to try harder next time... it should be pretty easy considering what I have in store for the future! >:)

As for the lead, I was just seeing if I could incorporate that B0UNC3ish feel in a Trance song, and I also wanted some sort of familiarity for most people to hang on to... it seems like my leads are always points of debate for some reason. This song, Falling Farther (Trance Remix), Rush (in a sense, if I remember right)... XD

Also, 10 minutes isn't too long. I can name five, if not more, ten-minute Trance songs that I personally have no problem with off the top of my head. :D Maybe they're too long, for YOU... XD

very progressive

Has a cool beat, but it's not as strong as it could be.
Pretty good structure and rythm, but transitions arn't so good.
Slighty repetative, but other than that not a bad song.
Keep it up.

I liked the intro a lot, very unique and kinda ambient.
Good FX and use of vocals.
The melody was interesting, i'm not sure if the synth choice was right.
Cool song but some parts seemed off.

Yeah, i liked the melody too from the first time i heard the original. Great work by Fredrik. Don´t know what you mean by "seemed off" (i know my english suxx *g*), but the synth in the original (5-minute-track) is a different and the one i choose for the track...have you listened to this one too?

Sounds fair to me. I'm glad u liked the structure. I messed with different options on the instruments, but I couldn't really find anything else that fit what I was going for. Who knows... maybe something will come up though! I'm still tweaking here and there and there is still things I want to fix, so maybe the next version will be more to your liking.

All the synths and percussion sound too loud, try some EQing and mastering.
The melodies are pretty unique, so you get cred for that.

Sorry bout the loudness. I'm a little bit of a noob so I haven't really gotten into EQing and mastering yet. This is actually my first song using the playlist feature on Fruity Loops. But thanks for the help.
